Spam Notification: "Finish Cellular Setup - An eSim from Cricket is ready to be set up on this iPhone"

 So I got this notification last night:

"Finish Cellular Setup - An eSim from Cricket is ready to be set up on this iPhone" 

I'm saying what? What the hell is this.

I go into Settings:  "Set Up Cellular"

Then I hit cancel.

I've gotten the notice three times so far. Bizarre.
