The iPhone 15 Pro can shoot some amazing ProRes LOG video to an external SSD connected via USB-C.
If you need to also connect a microphone or charge the phone at the same time along with portable SSD, you will need a good USB-c Hub.
Recommended online, the Belkin USB-C to 4-Port Gen 2 with PD (Power Delivery) hub works.
(The battery bank needs PD also for your phone to charge via this hub.)
